According to me both have a place in diligence, if a person have only degree and the person have no practically knowledge he must be fail in existence. And the same in a skilful person who have no educational certificate he never make place in industry. So both are required and both work together. But if we look in small scale business skilled person is much success rather then a educated for example a Car Mechanics, Carpenters, Plumber,… Describe the benefits of working with others We learn more mew ideas and lot`s of new ways how to do the work with more easily and we sort out our offical/own trouble with the share information.
