Train planner and heavy forklift operator driving a 78 ton forklift loading and unloading containers onto trains What fields have you worked in before? Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I feel skills in the work place these are more relevant as their earned and something you learn with hands on experience which is something you dont learn in the calss-room and with this comes common sense and logic that you learn with working on the job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others provides the opportunity to learn off each other and also utilize the experince that each person brings to the table, which offers more ideas and skilss that can be applied to the job at hand. Describe the benefits of working alone This gives you the chance to show your skills and how you cope under pressure by your-self and gives you the conferdance to challange your abilities and cope with any givin situation. What was your worst working experience? Working for a company that had no regard for its employees and treated them with such disdane that I couldnt carry on working for them. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? That you can always learn from some-one or any situation you are put in, that when you apply yourself you can attain high standards and acheive high results. To treat people with the same respect that you would expect and to always try to pass on what you have learnt in return. What unique skills do you have? I possess a acute power of common sense and logic I dont tend to over complicate things and over analise the situation and find the best way to approach a task and complete this with ease. I work well within a team and have great leadership skills. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job that offers great security also a job with a company that values its employees and gives them the opportunity to shine and show-case ther talant. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Depending on what job Ive undertaken which is a few I would have to say any challange that has confronted myself in that position and having to use my experience to complete that task. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Boredom and monotny of the job without having any chance to progress any further ahead.
