I am currently unemployed, but i just left the restaurant industry as a General Manager What fields have you worked in before? Nuclear, Biological and Chemical warfare, DOE, Army Core Of Engineers, Sales and Management Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I would have to say skills and experience. Education is awesome but from a Management stand point I woould always pick skills over education because the individual knows what to expect and the they also have that experience. Describe the benefits of working with others You are always learning from others and it takes some of the pressure off of you. Describe the benefits of working alone I enjoy working alone. One benefit would be that you will always have dependability. What was your worst working experience? Christmas 2008 with two servers and myself with an hour and thirty minute wait. It was very long but the objective was completed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never give up!!!! What unique skills do you have?
