I am a certified chef. I fought in Iraq in 1991, I was on the HMCS Terra Nova. Love the country and the people. I have over 20 years experience working for mass numbers of people and certified in A La Carte type work but like the camp style where I cook for large amount of people. Hopefully I will be of service to you in one way or another.
