Accombination of both but for the line of work I do skills would be better so I could put them to good use on the job Describe the benefits of working with others You get the chance to create a good team and therefore can complete the project more efficiently and in less time. Describe the benefits of working alone When your working alone you know the job is completed correct and when a job is complete you can admire your own work What was your worst working experience? I can't say I have any as I've always thouroghly enjoyed my work What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never refuse advise and always listen and comunicate with others on projects which in turn make them run smoothly What unique skills do you have? Excellent worker and communicator with good physical fitness so no project is too big . What would you consider as your 'dream job'? At the start of a new project where you can see plenty of work in front of you and you can see yourself progressing through it, to show my expert skills. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Travelling to different countries and learning different methods of plastering throughout the world What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
