Middle East. I have a friend that had a good experience in Iraq. Also happy to go to Europe again. What countries have you worked in? In the USA as a paramedic, and have worked in Austria at General Motors. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None other than the USA. What field do you currently work in? Paramedic for 6 years and paramedic Instructor at Southwestern College in San Diego.Aslo, I have been A flight Paramedic for 2 years. What fields have you worked in before? Withe fire departments and medical-flight jobs. What qualifications do you hold? Paramedic License, BLS/ ACLS, and PALS Instructor cards. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Tough one, but I would say education because then a person could have a clear understanding of a a medication and contraindications of the medicine, for example. Describe the benefits of working with others I feel its great to work with others, especially with patients, to help with the scene, patients vital signs, dangers that are on scene, and to just have a second set of eyes to see something I might have not seen. Describe the benefits of working alone Being able to challenge yourself to complete a job correctly. What was your worst working experience? A call when $ pediatrics died at a car crash and I had to transport the drunk driver home. However, I did my job correctly. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To treat Patients as I would treat someone I care about. What unique skills do you have? Leanring languages and I feel that I am an excellent teacher. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To have a decent paying job doing what I love. Helping others. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I feel its interesting to have a tough situation that you have to use your mind and team to get the job done correctly. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Documenting isn't very fun, but it is vital to the job and must be done correctly. do you like travaling? Yes! I love going to new countries and the experience of new cultures.
