I have just returned to Canada after completing a three year contract in Doha, Qatar.

I would like to find employment in Bagdad as a Paramedic Instructor.

I am a single 28 year old A.A.S. EMT-Paramedic looking for opportunities to practice my skills abroad. I currently work as the EMS Division Chief for a fire department in the USA.

I worked, in 2001, under a 3 month contract with the NGO Samaritans Purse as a Paramedic/Logistician to assist in the management and operation of a demobilized child soldier camp containing 350 Sudanese boys. I have prior volunteer experience in disaster relief ('98 Hurricane Mitch- Honduras) and have traveled throughout several Central American countries. In May of 2000 I was able to teach an EMT class on the island of Guanaja.

My resume outlining my training, education and specialty classes. In addition to the fire and emergency medical training, I have rescue classes including: low angle rescue, confined space rescue, water rescue, trench rescue, urban and wilderness rescue. I have had specialized classes in fire investigation, explosive devices, and pediatric patient management. During my time in Sudan I had the opportunity to familiarize myself with a variety of weapons and explosive devices.

I am an avid horseback rider and stay in excellent physical condition through a variety of sports and exercise. My background, training and acquired skill sets I believe make me quite adept at working in the international theater. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have further questions.

I am a 23 year retired veteran of the Fire Service-10 yr EMT-13yr PM and concominant Military Medic. Currently, I am employed as a paramedic with a US defense contractor (CONUS)eliminating chemical weapons.I am qualifed and experienced in several areas including WMD, Chem Bio and Radilogical emergencies, Normal HAZMAT, Military SRT. In addition, I have an AAS in Fire Science and close to completion of an AAS in Emergency Management and Paramedicine. I am also certified as a Journeyman Firefighter and completed all requirements for NFPA Fire Officer and Firefighter.

I am currently waiting to take my paramedic national registy test.I will also be ceritified in NC. I have been an emt-b for 1 1/2 years. I am a member of my local red cross disaster team. I have healthcare providers CPR, PALS, and ITLS. I have 5 years extensive chairside surgical experience in podiatry. I have also been employed with a private ambulance service for 1 year. I would love the chance to broaden my horizons in the field of emergency medicine.

I have just left the RAF as an IRT AeroMedic served for seven years including Iraq,Afghanistan and Oman. I am now doing two years at Uni to gain my Paramedics diploma. I would like to work out in Iraq once qualified. My brother who works out there even mentioned Instuctors? How do I go about this?

I have worked from a street medic to captain of my shift. I am looking to expand my skills and knowledge in emergency medicine.
