Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education - having an education will better help develop the skills one needs. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is a chance to gain better people skills, the more diversified a group is the better a person learns how to communicate with them in the future. Describe the benefits of working alone Most likely will get the job done faster depending on what it is, if something goes wrong that person will know what they did. What was your worst working experience? Working in a medical lab, am not the type of person who can sit still in a cubicle all day.
