Here I am responsible to look after for all kind of Base Transceiver Station (BTS), Microwave Link (Indoor & Outdoor), Feeder Cable, GSM Antenna, Installation, and Maintenance & Testing.
I have also responsible to manage all sorts of operations work.

Afghan Wireless Communication Company (AWCC) is a USA Based Telecom company. Mother company name is Telephone Systems International Inc (TSI), USA. It was founded in 1998 and has the responsibility for the reconstruction of Afghanistan’s national and international telecommunications network from the ground upwards.
The company has a partnership between international telecommunications professionals.
Now several International companies are working with AWCC.
· SIEMENS & AIRNET for Base Transceiver Station (BTS) sector,
· SIEMENS & TECORE for Mobile Switching Center (MSC) sector,
· ISDX for Land phone
· WORLD COM for VSAT sector.
AWCC is a GSM operator, network provider, PSTN (Land Phone) Service and as well as INTERNET service also.
AWCC is Number-01 Telecom Company in Afghanistan.
British management runs the company and American runs the operation.
We have an Operation Department for operate GSM network.

I am working Operation Department as a BSS Field Engineer. Here I am responsible to Installation & Testing Base Transceiver Station (BTS), MW Link, Power system, Alarm Operate & maintenance.
I have also knowledge of Microwave links and Power system

I have good concept Radio Commander (RC) monitoring.
