Israel because It is a very beautiful country with beautiful people and honestly I have great respect and admiration for the country. What countries have you worked in? Only India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? None at the moment because I am applying for it. What field do you currently work in? I currently work in a BPO industry as a Call Center Executive Tier 3 What fields have you worked in before? I have expertise in Technical Support,Semi-technical Telecom support, outbound Sales respectively in the BPO domain and Desktop Support and maintainence in the Non-BPO sector. What qualifications do you hold? I am a final year Bachlor of Computer Engineering dropout with 2 backlogs. On papers I am Class 12 Pass. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because if you have the skill set, with smart work, you can implement them to become successfull. To illustrate you an example- we all know the success story of reliance. Dhirubhai ambani was not really educated but he had skills to succeed. Describe the benefits of working with others You can share views and work towards common goal which helps to reduce time. Describe the benefits of working alone The Benifits of working alone is that you can focus on your work without being interrupted or interfered by anyone.This is result less wastage of time and effective and efficient use of time. What was your worst working experience? I don't term them worst experiences rather challenges. One of the major challanges was to get over dejections and disappointments. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be more confident, sincere in work and to be a smart working person. What unique skills do you have? I am confident.I have willingness to learn. I have got analytical skills. I have got sound technical knowledge. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Interacting with people of other nationality. Understanding their concerns in reference to the Services offered.Providing proper resolution to their concern.Moreover, it requires a person to have good sound technical knowledge and provide exceptional Customer Service Experience.Fixed offs on weekends- saturday and sunday.
