What type of job are you looking for?

caregiver. They said Filipinos are servants... if so, then being a Filipino, im proud to be a servant.. but if I serve, why not serve the best people in the world, the people chosen by God,.. the Esraelites!

What nationality are you?

Filipino...

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English (fluent)... I can rate myself 9 out of 10.

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Israel. There are so many opportunities out there like Canada, USA and Europe but being so in love with the Lord Jesus Christ,im chosing Israel. It is my plesure and honor to serve the Israelites. Since I became a Christian, it's been my greatest desire to work in the PROMISE LAND and serve the chosen ones.

What countries have you worked in?

I work as school teacher in Philippines but since life is really so hard there, i decided to work abroad. Im presently working here in Hong Kong as a domestic helper.

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Hongkong

What field do you currently work in?

Domestic Helper. Im doing all the household chores as well as taking care of the child and attending the needs of the grandmother who is living with my employers.

What fields have you worked in before?

I worked as a private tutor while studying in college. After graduation I worked as a cashier in SM Megamall, Manila, Philippines. After my contract as cashier, I worked as a school teacher in La Immaculada Concepcion School, in Pasig Metro Manila,Philippines.

What qualifications do you hold?

I am a graduate of Bachelor In Secondary education and during my education, we study human growth and behaviors. I am presently working here in Hongkong serving 4 persons. I am hardworking, honest and enthusiastic. My educational background, experience and my characteristics are the qualification that im holding. I may not have a very high qualifications, but I assure you that I will do my very best to give you a happy and satisfied service. Theres always room for improvement and I am more than willing to learn.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

With this generation, formal education is more valuable than skills. The reason is, skills just comes after formal education. Once we finish our education, opportunities would knock at our door, opportunities to practice what we have learn thus leading us to become a skillful worker... Formal education then creates a sillful worker but skills cant create a formal education. So I consider formal education more valuable than skills.

Describe the benefits of working with others

No man is an island! Working with others would make the work easier. If one fall, there is others who would going to catch him, to help him and to strengthen him.

Describe the benefits of working alone

working alone would give you a focus and it would going to bring out the best out of you for you do not have anybody to rely on but to yourself.

What was your worst working experience?

When my head teacher yelled at me in front of my advisory class. It was due to a miscommunication.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

Patience is better than pride!

What unique skills do you have?

Being me is my uniqueness and how I live my life and how I deal with others are the unique skills that I have.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Its been my greatest dream to work in Israel. Actually, its not the job that I am after with for I can do even the lowest kind of job. Its about the place and the people!

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The miost interesting aspect of my field is "the beginning". I cant give you an specific answer because I have had different jobs but its always the beginning gives me so much interest because it is in the beginning that we learn and grow.
