Both, becouse i believe every human being needs a formal eduction to keep informed, and be informed so as to keep up with todays world of what i call ''education for suvivors'' and the rapid technological advancement, you may not be productive and keep up with others if you cannot read and write. Secondly it is very important to have skills becouse, knowledge without skills is like a car without fuel, you need to be skilled to be able to put your educational knowledge into action.

Teamwork. That is the solid root of all successful companies and organizations. Working with others breeds solidarity, unity and one mind reasoning amongst workers which creat a field of family relation amongst the workers that leads to a maximum output, hence the success of the company.

Though working alone could be boring sometimes, it gives concerntration and attention to work at hand.
What was your worst working experience?
I had to work with some irresponsible mates, all my efforts to bring up a quality customer care was always covered by their inability to cope up and move along with me.

Customers are always right, they are the reason to a successful company. And every human being is equal, and should be treated equally well, despite statues, size, colour, background or place of origin.

Its a tidious task, you have to be very carefull with who you are dealing with and be prompt, but i enjoy it alot.
