Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I consider both very important. The educational way trains the ability of learning new ideas by means of a structured agenda of topics you have to fullfill - and that is something which has also a lot to do with tolerance :) Skilled you become only by doing something impassionate and with all your heart. Also a quite important way to become better within your particular field :)
Describe the benefits of working with others
I am, let's say, naturally somebody who wants to be with others. You can't do a thing on your own. I mean, yes you can do, but you can only reach a certain level. But in work together with others you melt your ideas to something quite new. All the good things that became real in our world where things that were established by groups.
Describe the benefits of working alone
But sometime one has to be alone. And it is quite important to find new ideas and to envision the things you wnat to reach. No matter if you want to reach something in your job or in the daily life.
What was your worst working experience?
Doing the same job for more than 2 months - again and again the same thing :(
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
That you have to be patient and always say what you want. Beeing straight forward in a very kind way: which means to be a polite person with a determined goal.
What unique skills do you have?
I am a musician :)
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
Supporting a company which produces things that people really need. This could be a company which produces goods that look nice, that are affordable but not cheap, products where people can benefit for a long time, products which help people and keep their value on a long term.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Two things in general: 1. Something has to look and if necessary sound nice 2. Something has to have a particular message or aim
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Typing stuoidly letters to write code, but as a programmer, what can you do? ;)
Why do I believe that the world is in change?
Because people learn that there is much more below the surface. And I also recognized, that people seem to have great joy unveiling the, lets say, mysteries of the unknown.
