Both have excellent qualities, however I feel that skill levels become more important than formal education because skill levels continue to be developed by experience over periods of time, whereas formal education has a beginning and an end. Describe the benefits of working with others The exchange of ideas between others can be extremely benificial as time goes by. Describe the benefits of working alone It is definately a fact that a lot more can be accomplished by working alone because you will, in effect, be constantly challenging yourself to perform. What was your worst working experience? My company sent me to an engineering contract for six months only to find that on arrival I was considered a threat to the employees already on site. This resulted in a total lack of communication between myself, my agency, and the client. The end product was that nothing got done and my agency and myself were let go after the first day. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? While on contract 'blending into your new environment is of prime importance' SMILE A LOT!!!!!!!! What unique skills do you have? I feel I have the ability to be fair to all around me, do not take sides, never forgetting that the client company ALWAYS come first. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Contract Manager on site What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
