What type of job are you looking for?

Hello I am 38 years old Nurse / Paramedic, and I would like to work in Israel in the health sector. I have worked in the health sector about 20.y. Im looking any work in field of Medic, nurse, paramedic/firefighter, nursing teacher

What nationality are you?

Finnish

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

Finnish native langue Swedish 2 native langue English fluently German poor Hebrew beginner

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

anywhere, because the hope is to work in Israel.

What countries have you worked in?

Finland Bosnia and Herzegovina as a peacekeepper Kosovo as a peacekeepper

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Nowhere

What field do you currently work in?

Currently I work as a nurse in private practice as a Practical Nurse. On the side give courses for firs aid.

What fields have you worked in before?

I have mainly worked in a hospital emergency room and intensive care unit and stroke unit. I have also worked with children, as well as neonatal ward. I have also worked Paramedic level ambulance driver and was a teacher in primary care.

I also have qualifications and I have worked in emergency care and first-responders as a teacher.

In addition to these I have worked in the armed forces kentäsairaanhoitajana, as well as peacekeeping missions medical team leader.

What qualifications do you hold?

I am a registered nurse and ambulance driver/ paramedic. In addition I have a Red Cross first aid instructor privileges. Q

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills, because the training can be taught only the basics, but learning by doing only what the job really is. the work will teach it's factor, but training will provide the ingredients for learning.

Describe the benefits of working with others

working with others, will also provide more self at the same time, when you learn the know-how from another.

Describe the benefits of working alone

When working alone, has the advantage to work at your own pace. When working alone will have to take more responsibility and look at it from several angles, because the pair does not reflect the same thing.

What was your worst working experience?

I think i havent had any.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

doubt ewerything, check it again, and if you think you know, you're wrong!

What unique skills do you have?

Well i wonder what would tell. I have multiple skills in the health sector. I have experience across the board and its outside, so I can evaluate the acute situations calmly and professionally. I can conduct small groups and large number groups in emergency situations.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Nursing and emergency medicin.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

daily changing situations and new people. In addition to the fact that forced opisekelemaan constantly new things and you are never finished learning.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Working hours.
