The reason for searching a NGO job is that I am aching to do some meaningful stuff. To me, working in NGO is meaningful. It has nothing to do with location What countries have you worked in? Researcher, Administration, Editor, Trainer What qualifications do you hold? Just finished my PhD programme in Arts and Social Sciences field Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? If I have to put these two into comparison, then I would like to choose Skill.No matter how much head knowledge you have, the point is whether you can apply it to your work or not. However, If I have choice, I may say that education + skills = good job Describe the benefits of working with others You might learn a different way of doing things or thinking about things. Each and everyone of us has our own unique gift. In a team, some are great with details, some see the big picture clearly, others are good at presenting ideas, still others are great at helping the process along--- Besides, it can spread the workload, share responsibility and be able to do something bigger and better Describe the benefits of working alone Can work to your own timescale and use your own methods What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
