i have a diploma in nursing ( grade A). registered nurse and registered midwife.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
I would consider both necessary.Formal education is to give an understanding of life,how to social with other people,what is good or bad.It makes us who we are! skills are necessary as they are the tools by which we survive everyday. we cannot underestimate any one of them.

working with others have a lot of benefit. first, we are able learn new things create new ideas, socialize with other ,have respect,.we can excpect help in time of need,share knowledge,finish work in time,learn from our and others mistake.working with other makes whole as a person.

i can have quite time for myself,cuts of lot of noise and untoward feeling,cuts out too much expectation from others,feel responible for my own action , in control of situation.
What was your worst working experience?
i was new in ireland that definetly scared because i didnot had the comfort of my family,no one to talk to. actually i did not have any worst working conition yet ! thank god ! but definitely i could feel some people not so welcoming. some people in the begining did give a silent treatment but as time went by everything became to normal and franlky i did not to leave but my visa and contract got expired so i did not have any options but to leave.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
hardworking, always punctual ,respect your seniors,make friends, have good relationship with colleagues, never postpone your work , finish it on time, be attentive,check doctors orders carefully, assess your work, prioritize your work.help others when you are finished with you work.
What unique skills do you have?
i am well versed in cannulation , retrieving blood samples,ecg ,holistic approach for patient care, i am very persuasive regarding my patient care, i do not like to keep the patient waiting.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
to work in Israel is a dream job
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
is look after the patient, by talking to them i learn a lot and i must say i am a good listen ,share my own experience with them, its quite a bond, and if i feel that my patient is well and going and i am able to play a small part in his/her recovery then thats most rewarding thing.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
sometimes i get tired of over working,but that comes with the territory
what would you like to do 10 years down the line in this profession?
i would like to gain as much as experience as possible then would like to graduate and start teaching in colleges.
