The Masar Institute for Education, an innovative NGO working towards the development of new visions in education, seeks a native English speaker for program and resource development.

This position entails: corresponding with current and potential funders in Israel and abroad, researching existing programs, working alongside staff and partners to develop new programs, and writing grant proposals and reports. Arabic and Hebrew skills, as well as marketing and website design skills are an advantage. This is a part-time position.
