Job Title: Account Specialist
Position: Inside Sales
Level: Individual Contributor; Your contribution shall be visible to all senior management.
Location: Israel, working Mon – Thu from 14:00 to 23:00 in the Israel office (Petah Tikva), and Friday same hours from home.
Territory: Covering mainly North America
Deal Size: $5K – $100K Average
Experience Preferred: Network Security / Firewalls
Business Process Experience Preferred: MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Customer Relationship Management (experience with Salesforce.com an asset)
Vertical Market(s) Experience Preferred: Enterprise Software with a focus on Firewalls and Security
Scope & Responsibility: • Develop a solid working knowledge of The company software solutions, the benefits it brings to enterprise customers, and the competitive landscape • Initiating telephone and email contact with potential prospects from developed target account lists • Handle inbound sales leads and convert them to business. • Work with channel partners to identify and close new business
• Track the level of satisfaction of existing customers • Handle license renewals of existing customers
Background Required: • Bright person • The ability to understand and communicate technology • Minimum 2 years inside sales (cold calling) experience • Proven track record of sales success • Excellent organizational skills • English Mother tongue, and English accent • Excellent presentation skills • Experience working for a small company is an advantage • Solid employment track record
Personal Traits: Candidate must be highly self motivated with strong communication skills and proven sales history.
Compensation: Base salary, commissions, Incentive Stock Options. Total compensation will be commensurate with experience and performance.
