What countries do you have a visa to work in? Kuwait. What field do you currently work in? Currently I work as a Plant Operator for a Readymix Concrete Company in Kuwait. What fields have you worked in before? In India I worked as a Quality Supervisor, Kitchen Supervisor in a 5 Star Hotel and in Kuwait I worked as a Supervisor in a First Class Hotel and thereafter took up the job of Plant Operator after obtaining training from the said company. What qualifications do you hold? SSC (Grade 10th), Diploma in Security Guard, & Typing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are equally important. Formal education is the basic necessity of life. Being skilled helps you to make your search for jobs easier. Describe the benefits of working with others When you work with others, firstly you gain a lot of knowledge from your superiors and colleagues. You learn to work as a group, thereby adding to the productivity. Describe the benefits of working alone I don't much appreciate working alone because basically there is less scope for your knowledge to grow and it does not increase your work speed also. What was your worst working experience? None. I have always enjoyed my work. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Come what may, never give up.
