The beautiful island of Jamaica is where my citizenship lies. Except for English are you exposed to any other languages? Yes....I love Spanish I am not fluent but I do intend to learn more. Formal education or skills and why? I consider none to be more valuable than the other because formal education is necessary as it enables you to be an open minded knowledgeable person while skills makes you more of a hands on and practical person. If one has both I consider him a well rounded person. Describe the benefits of working with others When working with a team there is a sense of camaraderie in terms of sharing ideas and the satisfaction of knowing 'we all did this'. Describe the benefits of working alone Very little ....you get to materialize your own thoughts and ideas. You get the full credit for the success. What was your worst working experience? My worse experience is not having my ideas explored because I am a subordinate. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Do not take no one for granted...every one is important. What unique skills do you have? Keeping fit, Talking, Mentoring...Counselling What would you consider as your 'dream job'? One that includes travelling overseas and working out. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Giving sound advice and being instrumental in solving peoples problems.
