Bartending and retail What qualifications do you hold? 10 gcse A,a,b,b,b,b,c,c,c,d and 3 a levels A,b,c Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills because a skill based employee has somthing to show for their work and has proof of their abilities whereas people can get the best grades and be completely ignorant to the real world and suffer for it aswell as their employers. Describe the benefits of working with others I work fantastically both in teams and leading them. I played rugby for durham city where I captained aswell as played in the team and it taught me the value of teamwork to reach an ultimately more beneficial goal for everyone involved Describe the benefits of working alone I can stand out alot more and be the focus of any customers improving my notoriety and that of the bar. It gives me space to flare properly and therefor brings mire people to the bar What was your worst working experience? I was serving a customer who decided to threaten me because I didnt serve him first. Then he tried to cone around the bar befor I had to throw him out What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have developed my people skills and believe that I know exactly what to say word for word to customers and therefor improve their experience What unique skills do you have? My charisma and personality are definately unique I also know some flare tricks that wow customers. I also see myself as a talented musician and gig regularly What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
