Formal education or skills and why? skill, i an a firm person when it comes to logics and it seem more logical that what people learn be instantly applicable to a field.It is proposterous that after a person has recieved a formal education they still need to recieve training.it is more voluable because it gets striaght to the point, not waisting the persons time. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others can be beneficial in that persons are able to learn fron each other. what one person knows the other might not and there would be a sharing of information, making both persons more knowledgable than they were before. also the job get done more quickly. working relationships will develop through continued socialization. Describe the benefits of working alone Firstly, i must piont out that it depends of the task to be done. working alone allows for better concentration seeing that there is little or no distractions form others. What was your worst working experience? the worst working experience for me was not at all bad but since i have to write something, it was when i was working with coldfield manufacturers. my job was to callect information from the costomers and when i tried to collect some iinformation from this one lady she said no but not that simply it was extravagantly decorated with curse words and insults. i was terribly offended but after pulling myself together i understood that some people are just ignorant and should be aproached with caution or not at all. i took that as a very valuable learning experience after all that's all that it was. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? the most inportant lesson refers to the story above and it is that people cannot be given a general approach but rather specific approaches. What unique skills do you have? i would think sewing and getting along well with people. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? i do not know specifically what it is yet but i know that when i become a workoholic i've found it. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? just everyday learning and getting to meet new people who have their life experiences to share. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? sitting around with nothing to do (it happens) what do you think is so great about you? I'm fun and outgoing, though i have my times, but don't we all. i would believe i'm honest and posess good work ethics and i'm a fast learner.
