What languages do you speak (and at what level)? English (Native language) I have done up to the college level. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I will make myself available to work in almost any country once a good job offer is tabled. What countries have you worked in? Jamaica and USA What countries do you have a visa to work in? Not, Just able to work within Caricom nations. Other work permits have expired. What field do you currently work in? Not working. I'm a recent university graduate. What fields have you worked in before? I've worked in delivery and customer service environments. I've also done exam invigilation and volunteered as a data entry clerk. What qualifications do you hold? Bsc. in Economics (lower second class honors) from UWI. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think skills are more important because having book knowledge does not guarantee success in the work world or in life. It takes in most cases hands on experience in doing something over time. This is why almost all employers look for people with years of experience and not just formal education when they advertise a job. Describe the benefits of working with others Working in a team gives the individual the opportunity to enhance or develop good communication skills, good interpersonal relations, and also how to work effectively in a group environment. Describe the benefits of working alone Develop or enhance time management skills, self motivation, and working on once own initiative etc. What was your worst working experience? Have not been in the working world long enough to have any bad experience to date. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? So far I've learnt how important team work is to the success of any organisation no matter there field of expertise. What unique skills do you have? I'm a good communicator and i have very good interpersonal skills and work well on my own or in a group environment. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
