I am looking for a job in the Cayman Islands because i am interested in gaining the experience of working in another Caribbean Island What countries have you worked in? Secretarial, Christian Ministry What qualifications do you hold? Diploma in Christian Ministry, Level 11 Certificate in Early Education Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i do not consider any of these more valuable because they are both important. There are person who will not be able to manage the formal education but will manage a skill. Therefore each has its place. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others helps you to develop team spirit. it also provides the opportunity of sharing and also gaining ideas. Patience is a virture that is also developed. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone allows you to make your own decisions and helps you to be independent. What was your worst working experience? Being accused of something that i had not done. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
