Both, cant pick one or the other. My skills enable me to do my job
but training has let me learn the process of cooking therefore
developing my skills even further.
Describe the benefits of working with others
As part of a team it enables me to receive support, impart my
knowledge to others and also learn from others. By being part of a
team everyone would use different skills allowing us to provide the
best service possible for the customer

I can concentrate and be the person doing the complete job rather
than a little bit so I can see a dish develop from the beginning to
end.

None, all my jobs I have found something to enjoy abouth them

Be open to learning, take support when needed and be open to positive
criticism as it is something I can learn from

I would like to continue in the catering field and continue to learn
