I am a graduate specialized in Catering Science & Hotel management from Bharithiar University, Tamilnadu and am at present completed my MBA from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala, south India. I have also taken an intermediate certificate in Food safety & Food hygiene from U.K. I am currently working for The Windsor Castle 4*Business & Luxury Hotel as Asst.F&B Manager. In my present position I am responsible for supervising daily activities of the Restaurant, Bar & Banquet service, and co-ordinating with F&B manager for training the staff. I have worked for Abu Dhabi National Hotels Compass company as Catering Supervisor -from Jun 6th 2005 to jun 20th 2007.
I have also worked as an instructor in Food and Beverage service at the Govt . Food Craft Institute (Kerala) society, Kalamassery- A Govt. of India & of Kerala undertaking- from 9th Sept 2002 to 3rd Mar 2004. Here I have taught and trained 50 students in F&B service and about 30 students in Industrial and Institutional food service management.
I thoroughly enjoy my work and am very happy here, but feel that the time has come when my experience in hospitality field has prepared me for more responsibilities. I feel that I would be able to make a significant contribution to your institution’s management team.
