Formal education or skills and why? i think both are important but being skilled is more valuable because an individual may cannot do a writtten test but can show his/her potential by doing. Describe the benefits of working with others the benefit of working with others are getting the job done at a faster paste,sharing of knowlege to enhance learning and being effective in the field of work. Describe the benefits of working alone well there is not really a benefit,there is alot of work on one person and the effectiveness to communicate will not be present.there's no exchanging of knowledge.
