What type of job are you looking for?

I am looking for a job in the Utility Industry, To assist with the reconstruction of power lines and Equipments.

What nationality are you?

I am a Jamaican.

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English. Fluently

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Haiti, To assist in the rebuilding efforts, I consider myself a Humanitarian.

What countries have you worked in?

Jamaica, {Jamaica Public Service Company Limited}

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

I have only worked in Jamaica

What field do you currently work in?

Utility Industry

What fields have you worked in before?

I have always worked in the utility Industry and I also do some Electricval Installation.

What qualifications do you hold?

Journeyman Lineman Certification, Defensive Driving Classes attended and CPR trained and certified.

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I think both is quite essential as understanding the Theory makes the Practical quite easy.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Learning new things and sharing new ideas and skills. Monitoring each team member to make sure that everyone is safe at the end of the day to go home to their families.

Describe the benefits of working alone

In my country we work as a group and as team members. If given the proper training and guidance to work alone i'm sure it wont be a challenge.

What was your worst working experience?

Haven't had one.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

That having a satisfied Customer is key to any Business and that working Safely is the best thing you can do for your Company, Yourself and your Family.

What unique skills do you have?

I am capable of driving and operating small and large vehicles to include Crane, Bucket and Digger Derrick Trucks, I am trained to perform live line work up to 24kv I am trained to climb and work on Transmission and Distribution poles.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

Owning and Operating my own Business

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Seeing a smile on the Customers face when every job is completed and meeting new people everyday.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

I love everything about my job.

Can I do the Job if i'm employed.
