Formal education or skills and why? Formal Education. Why? What one might want to learn about is freely available and can be mastered given the drive and, of course, the trial and error to develop the skill. In other words, you need a formal education to obtain a skill. Describe the benefits of working with others Interaction with others is important for any human beings. One can learn more things, create friendships and the work will be completed quickly. Describe the benefits of working alone There's more privacy when dealing with confidential matters, there is also less distractions and there is more access to materials required to get a job done. What was your worst working experience? i never had one. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have no career currently but the time spend at my family's business taught me patience and control over my emotions. What unique skills do you have? I'm a very fast learner.
