Formal education is important as it trains the mind and broadens one perspective on many things. It allows one to use research skills and acquaint one with other areas of expertise.One appreciates the rationale of why things are done a particular way. However I would not want to down play the value of skills in any job process. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others fosters strong team spirit as organisational goals becomes the focus and emphasis is taken off self.Camaraderie is enhanced and the sense of satisfaction shared in team play is always the fines that can be experienced by humanity in any common good.
