My worst experince was when I was working with Zenith Bank PLC in Nigeria. It happened when our note counting machine developed fault and I mistakingly overpaid a customer. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To have more effective customer service delivery. Customer service is not merely customer relations or how nice frontline workers are to customers. Rather, satisfying or even delighting customers is the goal of excellent customer service. Because customers for different types of services have different needs, customer service strategies will differ and must be tailored to the target customer What unique skills do you have?
