Master Degree in Development Studies Bachelor Degree (Hons) in International Relations Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Without formal educational knowledge, a person can not systematically go forward in the practical life. On the other hand, skills or experiences is also important as some are not mentioned in the book. So a person must have rational thought to balance these twos and also to be able to adjust to it. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking. So question already has part of the answer. Most employers are looking for team players, people that can get along with others. It is a benefit to them if you can, The benefit would be experience that we can acquire from the more experienced staff, plus we learn to work well with others and be that team player they want. So I've learned a lot from people that I have worked with, both about my job and about life. Describe the benefits of working alone It depends on the type of work and personality. If you're the type that needs to be around people being alone would be torture. They would be bored and wouldn't be able to concentrate. Some work better in a competing atmosphere. So, for the one who is able and strives on being secluded and has the type of work that doesn't require anyone else. It would be heaven, peaceful, they would be able to gather their thoughts. However they would need some source of inspiration if not from other people. What was your worst working experience? Having understanding on colleagues very well result in being taken advantage by them. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Most important lessons is that to do the right job at the right time applying the meaningful resources. What unique skills do you have? Easy to adapt new environment and subject very well apply my program/ project, operational and financial management experiences as well as coordination and public relations skills.
