Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I think that both are valuable in their own way but Im a strong strong believer in having a good education. This is so because ,if one choose the correct field then they should be able to live a balance lifestyle and also capable to add to society in a possitive way.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Thatis definately to meet new people everyday and to always ensure they leave my post duty to return always.
