I have mostly worked in the field of Customer Service. What qualifications do you hold? I am currently finishing up my Bachelor Degree. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are rather valuable, but it dependence on the field that they are required. Personally the Formal Education will be more valuable as it gives a upper hand in one being able to asdmimistrating the formal aspects rather than the practical (skills). Describe the benefits of working with others It stimulates unity that ulitimately delievers team work, which is essential in every organization. Describe the benefits of working alone For some, it allows for better concentration and for the effect use of the material, especially if the material in minimal. What was your worst working experience? Honestly, I do not have one. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson that I have learnt is that everyone has to start somewhere and all it takes is hardwork and perseverance to be successful. What unique skills do you have? The ability to multi- task and deliever the work under whatever adverse pressure that may be present. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My Dream job, would be a job in wish I am extremely comfortable. I love interacting with others and any job that gives me that, along with me being well paid then that will definantely be my dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Assisting others and finding a solution to whatecer their problems may be. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? That would be not been able to effectively assist someone. What do you think would be the most important asset in an organization? The most important asset in an organization would its staff. The effectiveness of the staff will be derived from the treatment that they get from the management of the organization. Productivity can be gained from the comforatbility of the staff.
