Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits one can obtain with working with others is the exposure to different types of people, different personalities, learning something from another individual and what I have gotten from the persons I have worked with is that I have come out of it with people who are family as far as I am concerned. Describe the benefits of working alone Well for one you won't be distracted, more work can be done as a result of working alone. What was your worst working experience?
