Engineering Diploma ,non Ferrous mettalurgy ,wire drawing ,copper processing, Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Formal education gives you the skills to be able to identify problems ,but skills are truley important to comunicate with people,and to be able to trouble shoot and solve problems.Comunication is vital in getting by ,to sustain improvement. Working together gets the job done quicker and more effectively.Gaining respect ,improves the channel of comunication ,improving efficiency. Comunication in the key to success. Working for somebody who liked to suppress employees ,not a team player ,it was very frustating. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? What would you consider as your 'dream job'? A job that is finacialy rewarding to sustain a livable life for my family to be able to provide for my children's educational needs. Negative people.
