I am looking for work preferably in a resort or other housing/hotel accomodations. I would prefer to bartend or serve but am also able to clean/rake sand, etc.

Bacherlor's degree in Spanish, Master's degree in Education.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Skills - without certain skills, such as people skills, communication, ability to work in a group or leadership skills, formal education would be difficult. While formal education is important, there are many skills that are also extremely important.
Describe the benefits of working with others
There are many benefits of working with others. You adapt to people, take on many different roles, learn from others, share what you know, communicate and hone communication skills, and discuss and hear new opinions and ideas.
Describe the benefits of working alone
ALone, you are your own leader. You can make your own decisions and take responsibility for the work that you process and produce. While working alone, you can work at a pace that is beneficial to you.
What was your worst working experience?
I do not have many negative working experiences, I am able to think quickly and act on my instincts and decisions. If I were to choose a negative experience, it would most likely relate to one specific boss that I encountered, who was unable or unwilling to work collaboratively in order to reach effective decisions.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The most important lesson that I have learned is that everyone has good ideas, not just me. I have learned to listen and work together, to compromise and stand up for what I believe in to reach conclusions.
What unique skills do you have?
I can speak Spanish fluently and I have some experience playing the piano and singing.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
I would consider bartending on an island my dream job.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The most interesting aspects of teaching are that you never know what to expect, that you are able to interact with many people, that you are able to help shape the future.
What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
The least interesting aspects of my field relate to the "red tape" surrounding formal curriculum in education. I usually prefer hands on activities to learn instead of strictly book learning.
What do you consider to be your strengths as a worker?
I am hard-working, determined, work well in groups or individually, a natural leader, creative, energetic, eager to hear new ideas and take advice, and willing to admit mistakes, learn from them, and keep going.
