Persons are different so i believe both are valuable depending on the individual because not everyone poses a skill and not everyone is capable of doing formal education due to maybe sickness, disabilities, etc. Describe the benefits of working with others there would be room for little or no error. if when in doubt there will be someone to correspond with and seek clarity.
