I Consider formal education to be more valuable because formal education allow one to stive in different work area, while skills are only applicable to that one area. Describe the benefits of working with others The benifits of working with others is that the workload is share and mistake can be easily recognise. Describe the benefits of working alone the benifit of working alone is that one is able to work at his/her own pace without worrying about keeping up with the other employees or moving too fast for the other employees. No man is an island meaning that you should not try to do every thing by your self but actually ask for help from time to time so that you are sure that the work is well done.
