Looking for a Telecom JobWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for something in the telecom area/ or customer service field. What nationality are you? I am Canadian,Jamaican. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak fluent English. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking for work in Jamaica Westmoreland. What countries have you worked in? I've worked In Canada, Tornto. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have no visa to work in any other country, I would half to be accpeted/ hired to a job at first to apply for one down there. What field do you currently work in? I work in the Customer Relation field at the moment. What fields have you worked in before? I've worked In Retail, Telecommunications, Customer Service Rep, and Sales/ Marketing fields. What qualifications do you hold? I am assertive, with experience in administration and reception, good communication and interpersonal skills, Team player and can also work indviually. Work well under pressure good at multi tasking. Also good at meeting dealines. Advance Knowledge in Microsoft word,General Knowledge of Excel Outlook, Internet, and use of Powerpoint and Data Entry. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I feel Both are valuable to me for the simple fact is that your natural skills can help you get far in life, but at the same time you may not know everything in the busniness world so that's where your education come into play, and with having both your education and skills it can help you get far in the work enivornment. Wither its Long term or Short term. Describe the benefits of working with others Wokring with others can be a good thing because it can ease your work load, and you can learn from others who also work around you. You may think you no something and do it a certain way, but might learn something completely different for they exact same thing from a co- worker. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone can also be a good thing cause one might get distracted among their peer's. So when your alon you realize the goal at hand and get things finished faster rather than later. What was your worst working experience? When i was working at Canada's Wonderland when I was 14 years old in South Side Grill. Just because it was Summer and I was young and the line for the cash register was a mile and we had to stand there all day in the heat just to get paid minimum wage which was 7. 50 then. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I've learn that you half to be positive and persistant in whatever job you get into, because when your negative and give up then everything around you just seems hopeless. What unique skills do you have? I am a fast typer and I am well rounded soical butterfly, and can express myself in any enivroment. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream Job would be a Lounge Singer/ Jazz singer. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of my field is all the different and Interesting People I meet everyday of my life. What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
