I have worked before in the same field ie agriculture. What qualifications do you hold? I hold M.SC. Horticulture degree. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? An efficient worker needs both the formal aswell as skills.However practical skill keeps more importance in agricultural production. At once my cabbage firm was badly damaged by fungal attack which was almost uncontrilled and whole field was ploughed. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Before starting any work enough study and planning is most. What unique skills do you have? I have uniqe skills of growing vegetables and fruit. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I prefer to work in bearing fruit orchard which is my dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Play with bearing fruit and vegetables are more interesting aspect of my field.
