A job that would really enhance more my skills as a chemical engineer. Laboratory experiences were my solid foundation in bringing out the best of my abilities such as failure analysis in a semiconductor industry as well as physical and chemical analysis in a manufacturing set-up.

Any country may do because it would be a great experience for me and I like challenging more myself as I venture to different fields of endeavor.

I have no work experiences outside my country (Philippines) but I was a Junior Engineer for Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and I have been to Bangkok, Thailand for a seminar tackling production/sales growth.

Formal Education because skills could also be learned by a person with a formal education. He/She could be easily trained in the working process according to his/her field of expertise. He/She could be pushed further professionally in contributing more to the productivity of the company.

It would improve more your personal and professional growth by being more flexible in dealing with different people from all walks of life. You could be able to play it well under stressful circumstances and always keep yourself cool.

It would be able to improve yourself more by being a self-starter and more strategic in coming up with various ideas helpful to the organization. It would also improve yourself to be more organize with your work and being independent enough to make upright decisions under pressured conditions.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
To never give up and be strong enough to face any circumstances that would come along. It would make us all a better person.
What unique skills do you have?
I am good in writing such as doing technical reports, writing stories, composing songs and poems. I also have strong communication skills and be able to communicate well with others at all levels.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
To be the president of a multi-billion dollar company.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
The flexibility of my field that I could be deployed in all areas. I could be deployed in a manufacturing firm, research and development, process control, consultancy, or even in sales.
What is the greatest achievement you have so far?
For me, there's no such thing as being the greatest. I always give my very best in everything I do. I pour my heart and soul onto it and never give up.
