Looking for a hospitality jobWhat type of job are you looking for? I am looking for a job in hotel. I would like to talk to many peoples. I would like to work especially in lobby and reception. In other word, I love to say I like to be a customer service officer in hospitality field. What nationality are you? I am Nepalese. What languages do you speak (and at what level)? I speak the following languages. 1. English (Business level) 2. Japanese (Native level) 3. Indian (Business level) What country or area are you looking to work in and why? I am looking to work in Japan. The reason behind is since I have graduated the 4 years degree here in Japan in Japanese language. And obviously the customer service in Japan is very good indeed. I want to be a part of it. What countries have you worked in? It'just here in Japan and back in Nepal. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have a visa for Japan. What field do you currently work in? I am currently working in Education field. What fields have you worked in before? Back in Nepal I have worked as a client service operator and administration officer. What qualifications do you hold? I have 4 years university graduate. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think for me both is very important. If you have education but you do not have skills, then you won't be able to compete. Likewise if you have skill but no education, then you will not have basic knowledge. This is the reason both is important for a successful career. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others means similar to working in a group. This means you are having a chance to exchange the ideas and opinions, a chance to update and be effective for daily communication. You will add one more colleague to join with you. You will have a chance to share the feelings. Beside these, the job will go smooth. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone can be taken as follows: 1. Focus on particular subject. 2. Free to do it by yourself. 3. Prompt decision. 4. Plus or minus credit goes to single person. 5. CEO of sole decision maker. What was your worst working experience? A big mistake been made, when serving the customer. I served vinegar instead of gum syrup to the customer. This is the worst experience I ever had. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The following points has been the most important lesson I have learnt: 1. To be patience and cool. 2. Do the things promptly. 3. Do not decide by yourself. 4. Try to talk with everyone. 5. Be initiative and positive. 6. Do good, it will yield good. What unique skills do you have? I can go easily with any level of people. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My satisfaction and the smile of everyone who works around me will be consider as my dream job. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The interesting aspects of my field will be to have a chance to talk with different level of the people.
