What type of job are you looking for?

Electrical , Framing , Concrete , Plumbing , Tile , Painting Drywall , Finish Trim , Doors and Windows, Wind solar & solar , read & draw plans , Siding. Just about any part of Homes Building. I have over 25 years in Construction Fields.

What nationality are you?

American caucasian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English fluent

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Japan. Im willing to move & help rebuild homes in Japan that have been affected by the Tsunami

What countries have you worked in?

U.S.A., Brasil, Germany

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

Brasil & U.S.A. I have talked to the Visa place & Ive been told If I have a job offer in Japan I can get a visa In a few weeks.

What field do you currently work in?

Construction. Im a Contractor In Nor California, I have over 25 years in this field.

What fields have you worked in before?

auto mechanic, Farming, US Army.

What qualifications do you hold?

i have been Lic Contractor from 1993. My dad was a electrical contractor, & I started hepling him when I was 10 years old

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Both. Formal education teaches you about life & what you need to know to work with people & every day life you need to survival, teaches you right from wrong, how to respect others. Skills is your training in the fields your doing for life income. You must be open to learning new crafts in ones fields to keep up in the changes in cods & safety to ensure what your building will out last time & keep the home owner safe & clean

Describe the benefits of working with others

I get along with all types of people. I have trained others how to build home & repair worn out things. I've had as many as 20 people working for me & with me,

together we can work to build a strong & safe home. we need team ship to complete any project

Describe the benefits of working alone

I'm able to work by my self, I know that what I'm doing & it will be done correctly . To me I can work with people & just by my self.

Having people work with you the job gets done faster. But being by my self is ok too. The important thing is getting the job done correctly

What was your worst working experience?

I haven't had any bad experience that made a big problem. the worst thing I can think of is who's in charge not getting the supplies to the work place & or not having the sub contractors lined up for the job. in the timly manner

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

What unique skills do you have?

I have on open out look on life & I'm able to work in any place & at any time & with any person or people. I have a way of clming people down & making others feel good around me.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I love what I do now. When I have built a home & knowing it there for life, That makes me feel good knowing I was a part of soming that will bearound longer then me. That makes me happy.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

Every thing.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

When the job ends.

why do I wish to work In Japan

I would like to help out people rebuild there life's after what has happened. & knowing I've helped rebuild a city & this city will be around for life & I was a part in this rebirth of a town in a different country . Knowing my skills will give hope to people I don't know & may never know, Know this is my dream job
