Im a Contractor In Nor California, I have over 25 years in this field. What fields have you worked in before? auto mechanic, Farming, US Army. What qualifications do you hold? i have been Lic Contractor from 1993. My dad was a electrical contractor, & I started hepling him when I was 10 years old Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both. Formal education teaches you about life & what you need to know to work with people & every day life you need to survival, teaches you right from wrong, how to respect others. Skills is your training in the fields your doing for life income. You must be open to learning new crafts in ones fields to keep up in the changes in cods & safety to ensure what your building will out last time & keep the home owner safe & clean Describe the benefits of working with others I get along with all types of people. I have trained others how to build home & repair worn out things. I've had as many as 20 people working for me & with me, together we can work to build a strong & safe home. we need team ship to complete any project Describe the benefits of working alone I'm able to work by my self, I know that what I'm doing & it will be done correctly . To me I can work with people & just by my self. Having people work with you the job gets done faster. But being by my self is ok too. When I have built a home & knowing it there for life, That makes me feel good knowing I was a part of soming that will bearound longer then me. That makes me happy. When the job ends. why do I wish to work In Japan I would like to help out people rebuild there life's after what has happened. & knowing I've helped rebuild a city & this city will be around for life & I was a part in this rebirth of a town in a different country .
