I am a Bangladesh Civil Service Officer and working in as a managerial post in Health, Nutrition and Population Sector Program under the control of Ministry of Health and Family Welfare Ministry, Bangladesh, with in 10 and half years. I have worked in 5 job station which is culturally and geographilly different from each other.
As a upzilla (Sub division)manager my main duties are to make regular supervision and monitoring to my staffs and make communication with my authority.At the end of every month i compiled all performance reports from my staffs and compiled and analysis the reports and again feedback to the staffs.
I am also in charge of loegtics management, here i received them and supply the logerstics according to the monthly report of the staffs.
Considering these duties i think myself compitent for managerial post.
