I have completed bachler degree from Nepal and one year completed research student from Nagasaki University, Japan Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe in skills and learning process from life is more valuable than formal education it is because praticle and easy to learn. Describe the benefits of working with others it is very much useful to work with others cause we can learn from eachothers and we can gain the more confident to go ahead. I can conduct training programme meaning to say I can facilitate the sessions and conduct research on related theme. I dont have unique skills but I can work on my field individually. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I need job rather than dream job so I would be happy if I got job where I can learn more from the people.
