What qualifications do you hold? 2nd year of carpentry, but i have all the hours i need to go back and complete school Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are great, you can't have one with out the other. You need education as much as you need skills. Describe the benefits of working with others team work is always good. You can get the job done fast, and you have to heads working togther. It is always safer to work with some if you get hurt. friendships are made and never forgoten. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone gives you a time to shine, lets the employer realy see what you can do. What was your worst working experience? Getting told that you have a job, and the company shut down the next day. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Everone is replaceable, so always work hard and safe. What unique skills do you have? Always thinking steps ahead when work is going on. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
