Reason being I lived in japan for 2 years with my wife and daughter but could not find a job in my field and with the disaster that happened in japan would be the perfect opportunity to move back with my family and utilize my skills. All qualifications needed Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. What you learn on a jobsite is a lot different from what you learn in a class room. Finding a construction job in japan so that I may be able to be with and support my family What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Being able to get your scope of work done in the time given. Also being able to make decisions on the fly and coordinating with others What are the least interesting aspects of your field?
