for me two of them are valuable because they related to each other , i believe that if you had a good education you will have also a good skills.

working with others has a good benefits,in terms of enhancing your harmonious relationship with others,you will have the knowledge how to deal with diff. races and religion as well, learn thier cultures,and added knowledge from them based from thier own experiences.

working alone is a stagnant. and its not healthy as well, nobody will tell or remind you that your not improving, and sometimes we thought from ourselve's that were always right because your the boss of your own for me working with others is the better way to be a good nurse its a challenging.
What was your worst working experience?
my worst experience was last year ago it happened that im alone in the room of the patient an i found her that she's unconscious in her bathroom and i called for help,unfortunately within 10 mins . nobody came and i carried the slight obese pt.back to the sofa after that i felt that there is like a stubing pain o my chest
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
to be more and more patience and have a better smile everyday of your life even if your not on your mood to smile.
